Volunteers needed for Field Day Fri., May 16

Field Day is scheduled for Friday, May 16  --  sign up to volunteer!

 

We need volunteers to help throughout the day with various games, inflatables, stations, snacks, set-up, and clean-up, etc to make this day fun and successful for our students!! Please sign up to work all day or a 1/2 day shift in the morning or afternoon.

 

All volunteers must have a completed volunteer application in Voly. Signing up as a volunteer is the only way to participate in this event as a parent!

 

On Field Day, check-in at the table at Mustang Park along the edge of the Boggess parking lot on the west side of the building. You will get your pre-printed badge and volunteer assignment(s).

 

There will be a General PTA meeting and PTA Officer Installation at 11:00 at Mustang Park Pavillion. Lunch will be provided for volunteers working an all-day shift!

 

All-Day Shift 8:00am - 2:30pm - Lunch will be provided for all All-Day Volunteers at 11:00 during the General PTA Meeting.

 

AM Shift (Kindergarten - 2nd grade) 8:00 am-10:45am

 

PM Shift (3rd grade - 5th grade) 11:45am - 2:30pm
